Today Atlus announced the date for the release of Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden on modern platforms.
They’ll both take over on January 19-2023. The Infographic below only mentions game pass, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and Windows, while the text of the tweet goes with all modern platforms.
The games are coming to PS4, PS4, and Steam, but weve already seen that those platforms have been excluded from the initial announcement likely because of marketing deals and then eventually finally released on the same day.
Because of that, I’d be surprised if Persona 3 and 4 walked the same route, with a simultaneous launch for all platforms.

If you’re in no sense of the games, Persona 3 was originally released in 2003 for PS2 and then released to PSP in 2009. In 2009, the Portable Persona 3 rolled out the game.
In 2008, Persona 4 was released in a similar fashion, but later released on PS4 in 2011, in 2012, and then posted on PS3 with the Golden Persona 4 in an early 2012.
Persona 4 and Persona 3 are among the most beloved JRPGs of the past two decades, and it’s awesome that they will soon be available on brand new platforms and new audiences.
